Chef Manjeet began his professional journey with Carnival Cruise Line as a Trainee Pâtissier. Through years of hard work, dedication, and exceptional skills, he rose to the position of Pastry Chef in the world’s largest cruise line. He served with Carnival Cruise Line for five years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in international cruise kitchens.

After this, he received an excellent opportunity in the USA, where he worked with Treasury The Indian & Greek Kitchen as a Senior CDP. With over eight years of international culinary experience, Chef Manjeet decided to return to India to share the knowledge and skills he had gained abroad.

Upon returning, he realized that most hotel management courses conducted across the country were not adequately preparing students for excellence in the cruise culinary profession. This inspired him to establish a world class culinary institute in India, comparable to international cruise culinary institutes. The institute aims to offer comprehensive culinary programs based on American and European culinary education standards, along with assured international training and placement opportunities.
